No, there are no tests. You practice writing every day and your performance is evaluated based on the quality of your final portfolio. Your private writing coach is there every step of the way helping you craft and express your thoughts.

This is more than just writing practice, this game will take you on a journey of self-discovery that will change your life while discussing some of the most important topics in the world like the environment, war and energy.

If you finish your portfolio and think the game was a waste of time, we’ll give you your money back.

Everyday, M-F, there will be a new video that you can watch live or later as a recording. Each video ends with a writing prompt. You will need to write a short essay between 20 and 600-words in response to each prompt. If you get behind, then you’ll need to catch-up. At the end of the game, you will build an online portfolio that you launch from within the game with a URL that ends in your name.

You will have a personal writing coach at every step of the way. Every time you write, your coach will look it over and send it back with suggestions. If you try to score extra points by challenging the game, your coach is there to help you plan your strategy and help with writing. Your coach works for you, not the game.

It’s simple, just go to the above SIGN IN /REGISTRATION tab and open a new account. If the current game is closed, you will be prompted to leave your name and email. We will send you an email when advanced registration opens for the next game so you can beat the crowd.
First, this game has nothing to do with aliens. Well, that’s not entirely true, but having conversations about the aliens is nothing but a distraction. The subject of aliens, and their organization, the Coalition of Universal Time Traveling Societies (CUTTS), will never be discussed in the game, except for the time traveling part… in PLAYER COMMONS see the clock, COUNTDOWN TO EARTH TIME TRAVEL, and the section, TIME TRAVEL IN THE NEWS.

Any questions about the aliens should be sent to them directly through their Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/CUTTS2040/) and/or Twitter (https://twitter.com/CUTTS2040) accounts. Also, I explain what I know about the aliens in the video, “About the aliens,” but otherwise, there will be no discussion of aliens while playing the game Lingua Galaxiae!

If you’re interested in getting credit from your current school, you must make this arrangement before you start the game. No teacher likes feeling sandbagged by the unexpected. The best approach is to find someone who is a teacher or administrator at your school and arrange for them to represent you to the school for credit. Send us this representative’s email: gamemaster@LinguaGalaxiae.com or your representative can contact us directly. If your representative wants more detail, direct them to the book, The New English Class. Do it now, not later.
People are interested in this game because they want:

  • To get better grades
  • To dramatically improve their writing skills
  • School work to be easier
  • The freedom, which comes from academic skill, that allows students to speak their minds — even when these ideas conflict with those expressed by authority figures like teachers
  • To increase their understanding of themselves
  • To increase their understanding of others
  • To increase their understanding of the greater world
  • To become more enlightened
